Levels are earned automatically from completed jobs and ratings, checked continuously. Deliver good work, on time, and you move up. Cancellations, disputes you lose and low ratings hold you back.

How ratings work. After every completed job the client rates the worker and the worker rates the client, 1 to 5 stars with a comment. Your rating is the average of all ratings you received. Reviews cannot be edited or deleted by either side; the Akazi team can remove reviews that break the rules (insults, fake reviews, reviews from unpaid orders are impossible by design).
